Considering purchase of 2010 Jayco Jay Feather EXP 26P

Hello,
I am considering the purchase of a 2010 Jayco Jay Feather EXP 26P. This is the type of trailer where the rear bed is actually a slide. The unit is new and is still on the dealer's lot. I have tried searching for known issues with this trailer in an effort to determine why it is still available. To date, I have found the following:
(1) Some complaints around moisture that occurs on the floor of the rear bed slide (possibly due to condensation that occurs from cold weather outside meeting with warm temperatures inside the trailer) - most complaints were related to the same type of slide, but not necessarily with the Jayco model; and
(2) An owner that found the wipers at the top of the rear slide were 2 inches above the slide and didn't actually touch the top of the unit.

Is anyone aware of any known issues with this model? Your help is greatly appreciated!
