While rebuilding equalizers on my 27 BH I noticed cracks just ahead of the trailing axle, this is on both sides (L shaped)like maybe a crossmember goes across for floor support. Anybody else have this or similar problems?
This is a 2007 Jayco Jay Flight 27BH.

I've got almost the same cracks on our old Tracer. Been there since we bought it 3 years ago. Never have gotten any bigger. Our Tracer has a Lippert frame which is lighter duty than your Leland frame (we used to have a 2007 27BH). I don't remember seeing those cracks in our old 27BH. We loved that trailer until we found rot in the roof caused by the felt lined roof membrane which wicked water up from the edges and rotted the roof.
