Crankup antenna rubbing a hole in roof.

My crankup antenna has three rubber bumpers underneath head assm. Front one seems to touch roof first and has started to wear on the rubber. Can see a little black starting to show. How would one fix this problem? Tks

Put a 2x2 inch piece of Eternabond tape under each rubber pad. Clean the roof and stick it right where it contacts the roof.
