Current Pricing on New/Used

I am having a conversation with a guy looking to buy a 2015 26RKS on irv2.com. My gut feeling is he is about to pay too much. Got me thinking that it would be nice if there was a current price thread for travel trailers. I went through a bunch of research on my purchase earlier this year. Here are my numbers. Hopefully others with all types of trailers will put up their numbers.

2014 Jayco Jayflight 32BHDS - nearly every factory upgrade - April 2014
MSRP $28350
Options $5164
Destination charge to California $3888
Dealer prep $789
Total MSRP $38191
Dealer asking price $24977
Actual price I paid out the door (tax, title, everything) $27162
Generally I paid (out the door) MSRP-29%

I think this is a great idea but one thing stands out ... each territory has different taxes, titles, fees, etc. Maybe y'all should just post what the dealer got.

My purchase (good or bad) was for a used 08 Jayco Eagle 29.5 RTL?
Private sale $13000. Turns out it needed 2 batteries and 5 tires, so nearly another $1000. Tax and title additional.

I am thinking the more info the better. If your dealer is just outside the Jayco plant's gates, the shipping is going to be zero. If your buying today vs in the spring, that will also change things. If your cousin works at the dealer, that would be good info too.
