Curtain to separate dining/sleeping area (23MRB

Our dining area pulls out; we can turn it into a sleeping area. Another couple is coming with us and I want to "attach" a curtain or some type of separation to provide some privacy. I thought about a flush mounted track (like you see in hospital rooms). Anyone have a idea to share. I am a "DIY'er" so installation will not be a problem. Thanks.

We had a similar situation last fall when we invited our good friends to join us. We used an adjustable shower rod and curtain to separate the two spaces on our new 28RLS. Worked just fine and is easy to install when needed or stow when not.
