Does jayco monitor this website

I'm wondering if Jayco monitors this website to keep up with what their customers concerns are? If not, they are making a big mistake.

I'm sure they check-in once in awhile, as they do on numerous other RV sites (wealth of info for an RV OEM).

I am sure they do read the forum. They stopped building our trailer that was a high demand floor plan with lots of problems after just two years.

I hope they do.
I bought a new 13, Jayco X17z a few weeks ago.
Had our orientation in the rain, with umbrellas. Had to close the Hybrid wet to take home. When sun came out opened the ends to let them dry out, and hour after getting home. Found a Scraped/Rubbed area in the tent end, that light came through. If light comes through, so will water. Jayco will fix under warranty, BUT, have to take camper back to dealer, they will remove tent end, ship back to factory so they can unstitch the bad panel and sew in a new panel, then ship back to dealer for re-installation.
So I will not get to use my NEW camper for around 3 weeks. If it is good enough for them to fix, and send back for re-installation, then why not just send the dealer a new one to install on my NEW camper. Then I could be camping an hour or two after taking it back to the dealer to start this 3 week process.
Seems to me the only one NOT inconvenienced by this, is the Factory.
Not the best customer service in my opinion. Been wanting this camper for 10 years, finally buy it, and this is the service I get.
