Question Does your 'fridge stay closed?

We've ordered a 23MRB, and it will be our first with the double-door 'fridge/freezer. We have had some trouble in the past, in our PUPs, with the 'fridge door coming open en route over very rough/bumpy roads: on one trip, we opened the door and thought we were in an episode of CSI! Do those of you who a) have the bigger 'fridges and b) go over rough roads have any tips to share?

The newer fridges have a snap latch so no need to worry. Just besure to hear the click when you close it.

We've logged about 7k miles with the double doors with no problems. Enjoy!

No problem keeping doors closed. Like Grumpy says, listen for the click and all is well.

But keeping the goods secured inside is a different story. One trip DW decided to put our drinking cups in there before we left so we'd have nice cold water to drink when we got there. Well when we got there the floor was all wet. She thought the slide was leaking since we had driven through some rain. I went to investigate and found our cups turned over. They're just those plastic cups with lids and straws, so the mess could've been worse. I was just glad the slide wasn't leaking!

Now all containers in the fridge are securely closed.

Mine stay closed without much problem. The only issue I have if once we get to our destination, it seems like the beer disappears to fast....

Our poor rig has to travel five miles of a very rough rocky road to and from our home and we've never had a problem with the doors, although I do worry a bit about it. The "lock" feature on the freezer works, but the one on the refrigerator never has. So as long as you secure the latch, or hear the "click", you should be okay.

We had one mishap with the fridge door not being fully closed and it came open... knocking a small jug of milk out of it and all over the floor when it hit the deck. Thankfully we were only about a mile away from the house when it happened and I had stopped to pick up some paper towels!
