Eagle Self leveler Question:HELP

Bought a new Jayco Eagle Travel Trailer with what I was told had the self leveling jacks....

However, it seems to be they are more stabilizers than levelers as my trailer is not perfectly level. The one side comes down first, sensors send down the other side, but it does not accurately level...

Any comments or suggestions on this...

They are stabilizers. Levelers can lift units off the ground. Stabilizers just keep it stable.

I believe there is a procedure to manually establish level the first time and store it. In my preparation for my new rig I had downloaded the manuals from the lippert site to do some reading on how they work.
