Electric jacks- might be stupid question...

Picked up the new 324BHTS yesterday. Tried it out in the driveway last night. I read the manual and it says you can level side to side. Well, when we push the button, both jacks come down but there is no way to "go up higher" on one side. This is one instance where manual might be better... Are we going to have to load up with wood for a tiny bit?
A little frustrated that we have a little list of things missing, not working right, etc and now having to have difficulty leveling.

The manual says that the stabilizers are to level side to side? Usually the stabilizers are to just take the bounce out, not to level. On my 5th, the rear stabilizers are electric and both go at the same time and kind of self adjust for uneven terrain, but they don't level side to side, for that I use blocks under the wheels.

Never level with the stabilizer jacks. I can't imagine the manual stating that. They are not built to handle the load, whether electric or manual. Also you could warp your frame by raising one corner higher inadvertently. Won't be permenant but it will cause floor noise and doors to not shut properly.

Yes... YOU can level side to side, the stabilizer jacks cannot. You need blocks to pull your wheels onto to level the trailer. Once the trailer is level, you use your elec stab jacks to stabilize the trailer... not level it.

And if I read right, the OP called them jacks. They are not jacks, just stabilizers. But if OP thought they were jacks, that would explain his confusion.
