I took down the gfci just to check... all good there. My suspicion is that the wires meet at the outside outlet as its in the "middle". I shot an inquiry to jayco asking for a wiring diagram.

I plan to take out the external in the light and hopefully warmth.

I have been told that Jayco will not send a wiring diagram on a rig in warranty.

Another thought, the GFCI could have gone bad. Easy to verify continuity from the back of the GFCI to your bad outlets, after removing power from the rig.
I had one go bad and now carry a spare.

How about a switch. I had an outlet in my camper that was switched. Took me forever to figure it out. Any unknown switches ?

It may be but would be strange that every other outlet is working. Front and back, now would also be weird that just the 3 outlets would be on one side or leg of the outlet.

I have found that a lot of the GFIC plugs are hard to reset you can push in with your finger and it looks good but its not use a small blunt object and push in firmly worth a try ?

Can you check to see if you have voltage coming into the main on both sides to neutral? With the dogbone 30-50, you should be able to operate anything just limited to 30a total. Ex. only 1 ac. All outlets should work if the dogbone is good.

well I know I had one dogbone that wouldn't run my air unit and I don't know what all else wasn't working ... I have only hooked the camper to a 20 amp outlet once and wasn't checking to see what all outlets worked , I was just using it to keep the battery charged but it can do weird stuff .... I had another that had a 30 and 20 amp plug on the male side and a 50 on the female side and it wouldn't work right because the 20 amp side was a gfci

check your blue dots on the shore power cord ... both should be lit ... if only one is lit your not getting power to both legs in camper
