Extra Towel Bar in Bathroom

My DW felt it necessary to add towel bar capacity in our bath.
Without knowing the spacing or strength of the interior studs, we opted for the spring loaded, adjustable Shower Curtain bar, placed high up the wall, at the BACK of our
tub. It works perfectly, stays in place and provides enough space for two large bath or beach towels.
This could also be centered over the tub for hanging wet windbreakers or other clothes if needed.

Love learning things on this forum, I hope this suggestion is useful to someone else.

Glad it worked for you! Tension bars are great in general. We purchased (2) curtain tension bars for our bunkhouse. The bottom curtain provides some privacy for our son. The top bunk is storage for us so we put up a curtain to hide clutter. Dont need it? Take it down!

We also use a tension bar for a shower-time privacy curtain especially with our 165 being on the small side gives us a little extra room. We were using bungi cords (? ) found a bar in our storage collecting dust it's working really well ! Good job there Threebutchers always enjoy your mods.
