Thumbs up 27 dsrl

We pick up our 27dsrl April 17th. The trailer looks good and we can barely wait to go camping.

Actually the camper is perfectly level, we are at Fort Yargo State Park in Georgia. I was amazed at how level there graveled lots are.

Now I'm jealous!!!! The only camping I have done with our new one, has been in our driveway. That will change this week however. That looks like a sweet spot.

How does you F150 ecoboost handle the travel trailer, especially in the mountains? This is the exact setup we're looking at.

The ecoboost pulls this trailer great. 1600 rpm at 60 on the interstate and rarely drops lower than fourth gear on hills. The 420 ft pounds of torque at 2500 rpm does the trick. Getting About 11 mpg towing, 19 - 19.4 all around driving.

Doug,
We took our new 2014 27DSRL on it's first outing on 3/11 through 3/15. I see from your picture that you purchased yours' through Crown in Conyers. They did a good job for us on the order, the trade, and delivery. I hope you enjoy your TT as we are very pleased with ours.

Allen,
I was fortunate to be there the day an older couple was trading this 2013 model... they wanted a bedroom slide.
I got a great deal on it... it's a nice one for sure. I can understand the bedroom issue they had though, by the the time I put my full queen memory foam mattress in there it was tight... but it will do.

Thanks,

Doug
