First major problem..water leak.

We have a 28BHBE and were using it on a short, 2 night trip. After the first few showers, the wife noticed that there was excessive water on the bathroom floor and wiped it up. Well, it continued after more showers and I did some troubleshooting. It was wet around the short, bottom wall beneath the shower pan and the wall behind the commode. I took the small acces panel off and felt around there and sure enough, there was water behind that wall on the floor. From what I could feel, the shower drain Line was dry, so I'm not sure where it is coming. From. The door tracks still had water in them, and the sealant at each end looks good. I checked the storage under the bottom bunk on the back side of the shower and that floor is dry. It's then that I look under the trailer and I see the under lining sagging down and feels like there's water in there. So, looks like I'll be making a trip to the dealer for some warranty work. The good news is we don't need the trailer for about 2 months.

Sorry for the double post. I was on my iPhone and didn't think it took this AM. If the Mods want to delete this one, go ahead.

Good job trouble shooting. Let JOF know how your dealer does on the service end of things.

We just took delivery of the same model and haven't used the shower yet. Once you find out where the problem is I'd be interested to hear about it so I can watch and make sure its not a common problem within the 28 BHBE. I hope it doesn't take to much to fix properly.
