First outting with our 19BH

We went to Mammoth Caves over the Easter weekend. It was about 500 miles from our home to the camp ground. It was great using the camper, we have been tent camping for so long that after we moved everything into the camper we didn't know what to do with all the extra storage space!

We were originally looking at an R-Pod RP-176 with the bunks and fold down dinette but ended up getting the JayFeather 7 19BH for cheaper and its only 200 lbs more when loaded (not to mention a real bathroom with a tub).

Great looking setup and kids. I like the idea of the headlamps on the little ones. Makes it a lot easier to keep track of , I bet!

I know our kids (grown and families) all camp and still talk of our trips together. On to taking the Grandkids !!!!!!!!!

The headlamps were more along the lines of "well dad has one so why don't I".
