Question Fixed Electric Awning Pitch Adjustment

Hi All,
I have the Carefree electric awning that is non-adjustable? However there are peg holes in the arms that make it appear that the pitch could be manually adjusted. Anybody have advise on how I could adjust mine? Right now when I extend it out it does not slope. Thanks for any info.
Jeff
BTW we had a wonderful weekend at Terrible's Lakeside Resort in Parhump, NV. again. What a great campground!

I thoght all of the 2011 model Eagles and G2 came with adjustable pitch awnings. I would call a dealer first and ask.

Jeffsr, look at the adjustment holes and see if there is a small shinny bearing in one of them. If there is you put the awning away but not all the way in to the coach. Push the bearing in and you should be able to move the rod up or down. The owners manual dosen't say anything about ajusting the awning.

It Adjusts

I have a 2011 jayco G2. Your awning will adjust and you can retract it while it is sloped or leaning for drainage.

I read my manual that came with my paperwork and it is real simple. Just push in the silver button on each arm and push the arm up to slide it up down. Just dont go past 3 on either side.

Read your manual it will help you

Thank you!! Youre right Clutch, my 3 page manual didnt address this. I figured the pegs had something to do with it but I didnt want to force the arm and break it (cause thats something I would do while wife watching!)
Thanks everyone...

I am glad I could help Jeff. They are a lot nicer with a little slope. Just don't have more than two holes different from one side to another.
