Fresh water tank issue

Hi to everyone on the forum. We recently got our new Jay Flight 28BHBE. Going the usual spring ritual of sanitizing the water system, the fresh water tanks seemed to fill rather quickly.it should have taken 76 gallons, it has the Elite Package with the dual tanks. After sanitizing was done I refilled the tanks and drained into 5 gal buckets to see how much I was actually holding. Looks to be around 55 gal. Also I thought an excessive amount came out of the overflow tubes, so i measured this and 7 gal came out. Fresh water gauge read full even with this shortage of water. Trailer was spot - on level in my driveway. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue. Thanks in advance for any helpful info.
