Friction Swaybar level

I noticed that when the dealer hooked up my wd hitch, the swaybar is not level. Does this matter?

Yes I have chains. The trailer and truck are level. Just the swaybar is angled.

I don't have chain type trunnions bars, my neighbor does and his are level or pretty close
