Smile Frozen Water Hose

Sunday morning at o'dark something the water in the trailer would not flow?
Hum, I think we have a frozen water line. Fast forward to morning--
Hose was frozen so I took it off , brought it inside (to the shower) and cranked up the heat.
15 min later all was good.

PS- if you go this time of year be prepared to leave a faucet dripping or wrap the hose in some heat source.

We are done for the season but keep this in mind for spring

You can buy a heated hose and continue camping!

You can turn the water off and drain the hose. Use a gallon jug for flushing till daylight.

Just curious, where were you camping that it got that cold overnight already? Colorado? Gotta be someplace out west!

We are headed to the Georgia Mountains in the morning to Hiawassee. Georgia Mountain Fall Festival kicks off this week. Should see some cooler weather but nothing to freeze the water lines I don't think!

Nice! Make sure you honk when you pass around ATL and I'll wave
Should be an awesome week to be up in the North GA Mountains, cool mornings, nice afternoons but definitely not freezing, not yet I hope. I still have a trip planned for the end of the month, we're going to do Halloween and the Pumpkin Festival at Stone Mountain.

I'm curious about how much warmer this trailer stays with this "Thermal" package this trailer has.

I fill the FW tank, and disconnect the hose. At night we always uses the pump. But then again we rarely are anywhere with hookups

Where are you camping? We are in Hiawassee at River Bend until Sunday.
