I have a 2014model Jayco Eagle that also had no furnace access. It is probably under the refrigerator and when you remove the air return door you will be able to see it, but that is about all. Mine had a bad control board and a hole had to be cut into the front basement wall to unhook all the vent lines and propane lines and electrical to get it out. Thank goodness under warranty as a $25 control board took about 4 hours of labor to replace. Should have been a 10 minute job if there was an outside access door.
