Welcome to the JOF.

Lots of us here have felt the way you are feeling right now. Hopefully someone will be along soon that can help.

Welcome!. Look for a brown plastic rectangular panel, and there should be a door on the front to pull down/open. The breakers and 12 volt fuses will be right there.

Been there! Ha. I'm still trying to find the battery converter, because something keeps draining my battery.

Should be near the blower fan for the heater. Converters are usually nearby.

Welcome to the JOF.

The converter will charge the batteries, but the drain in most units (with all switches off), is most often the propane/CO2 detector and the radio.

I'm sorry. I haven't done introduction. I'm still looking around, trying to figure out tapatalk. I'll get to it.
Even my uncle, who has owned 4 motorhomes, can't find the Converter.
Could it be the outside radio? How would the detector drain it? Now that I think of it, that could be it. When I bought it, the guy had a brand new in the box detector he'd bought, because the color was better looking. So, I installed that. Maybe that's it?
And I have no idea what the heater blower is. The only place I can think of is under the master bed, where there is a vent? But it looks like I'd have to somehow remove the paneling. Nothing looks removable.

The converter is usually in the same location as the breaker/fuse panel. If you open the cover exposing the fuses there should be two screws. They are to take the front cover off. Remove it and the converter should be right there.

Turn the heat on. You should definitely hear the blower kick on. There's a parasitic drain from the detectors. They are always functional until you remove the fuse to the house battery.

Look for the dumbest, most inconvenient location in the entire trailer. Congratulations. You just found your fuse box.

My 2014 Jayco Journey has 8 red fuses and one green one. Unfortunately, Jayco didnt fill in the chart on inside of the fuse box cover. Does anyone know what each fuse is for?

thanks
Bob

Breakers or Fuses

Looking for some help with my Jayco 30.5 MBOK, the awning and two of the slide outs has stop working, is there a fuse or breaker somewhere that needs to be change or reset? Everything was working just fine till one day the awning quit while retracting it. Now two of the slides out will not retract or extend. The other two work fine. Appreciate any the help!
