Send a message via Skype™ to ALJO
Go to the dealer and have it documented, they can contact Jayco for warranty.

That's what warranties are for. They should replace the panel that is effected

Take it in to the dealer we have a 16 Eagle RSTS. I take all my own photos keep then in a file with my repair request. Then we call Jayco making sure they the dealer turn in all are repair request.Jayco give the dealer leeway to make many warranty repairs without there authorization! We had a separation of the roof panel on top at the very front. When they replace the entire roof this June. They found installed cracked roof plywood. And no sealant was applied to seal down front Gel Coat cap! That's why they give a two year warranty!
