And awning!!!
After our battle with 50 mph winds over spring break, insurance looked at the damage and approved a new roof and awning. So in a couple of weeks we will be back on the road.
When i asked the repair facility what type of roof he was putting on (epdm or tpo) he said mine was a britetek and that's what he said he recommended. He said it was thicker and had a 12 year warranty on defects. Their warranty is 1 year on parts and labor on any leaks.
We are excited to get the roof replaced being we plan on keeping it for at at least 6 more years.
Happy Camping

Okay an update the repair shop just called and said there was rotting wood but he couldn't find where it was leaking. He said on the brite tek roofs they have a felt backing and that it was sweating. He said with our high humidity on the gulf coast that a brite tek roof may not be a good option. He asked if i wanted something else and i said i would let him know.
Anybody got any suggestions.
