My wife, kids, and I are getting our first TT on Saturday; a 267 BHSW Baja edition. I have a PDI checklist that I got from this forum that is 11 pages long. Any specifics recommended that I should focus on during our PDI? We're super excited.
We are newbies as well. Had our WH a little over a year. I suspected it would be like drinking from a fire hose with information overload so I made short videos on my iPhone of important stuff. If I missed something I simply asked the tech to repeat it while I filmed. I tried to limit them to 30 sec to 1 min. My wife took notes and shot some still photos to supplement her notes. We were pleasant and established rapport so we could feel free to call occasionally with dumb questions (which we did!). Our orientation took about 2.5 hours. Plus the dealership was 120 miles from home so we camped at an RV park that night to see how much we remembered and to make a list of fixes. Went back in the next day to have a few minor things dealt with.
