Glad Jayco has two year warranty

Well folks i am on my second Dometic 15K AC since i bought my Jayco in December 2015.

One last year in April now another one this year.

Hopefully i get a good one this time round it is the last year of my warranty.

Dometics just aren't what they used to be. I had countless problems with our last 2 rigs, which both had the newer dometics. Coleman AC was one of the reasons I bought this rig.

Oh, should be a 3 year warranty on the AC. Dometic has their own warranty as does most of the appliances.

Apparently there is an issue with their 15k units according to this discussion on the FR forum.

Every time I ask various dealer techs about them, I get that "look", as in they've fixed or changed too many.

Sucks they went to that 3 wire t-stat. If the factory didn't run the 7 or so wires like they used to for the older units, what's a mod guy supposed to do when he wants a residential t-stat? Nothing, you can't.
