I saved more than the membership cost on my first purchase from CW.

We bought a lifetime Good Sam Membership years ago, thought it would pay of in the long run.

Now that Good Sam and Camping World have combined we get the best of both worlds and never had to renew our GS or CW membership again.

We use it to get discounts at both Campgrounds and Camping World. Now that we are Fulltime it sure has been great!

We echo all the above, and add that just the 10% discount at Good Sam parks pays for the membership, not even counting all the other great benefits. We have been members for a decade or so, and will continue as long as we can still camp. Go for it !

I like it for the free shipping on things I buy from Camping World. On some items, shipping can be a big $ hit.
