Has anyone used Akfix AMS22 Sealer?

I m going to start repairing a leak in a corner moulding and on the internet I found this product instead of butler tape .Has anyone tried this product or have any feedback on this product?(Affix AMS22) Akfix - SEALANTS - MS Polymer Universal Shore A45

Haven't used that product but can recommend RV Proflex. It's not silicon based and it's cohesion and adhesion is very good. Comes in a limited number of colors.
