Having issues with batteries holding charge

Dry camped last weekend. Batteries were dead the first night. Charged batteries the next day, power only lasted 1 hour or so. Tested batteries and they were good. When we got home we took the batteries and had them tested and they are good. Next step, replaced the fuse on the battery (side note, when I took the old fuse out it was a 40 amp. The pass through fuse holder says 30amp max. It was fried. Replaced the holder and fuse with a 30 amp). Checked the converter fuses, all were good. The fan is spiratic when it is plugged into power on the converter, is that normal? Any suggestions on what we are missing?

Fan runs for cooling when the unit heats. Sounds like the charge side of the converters not functioning. Here's a link on how to check.

I thought my battery was going bad as it didn't seem to hold a charge. What I discovered was even though the 30 amp fuse was good, the terminals were corroded and the clips inside the fuse holder were also badly corroded. Once I changed out the fuse holder and put in a new fuse, the battery charged to full charge and has been good ever since.
