I requested a wiring diagram for my trailer and got the following reply this morning

Thank you for contacting Jayco customer service. Unfortunately, Jayco's policy states, no prints can be supplied to the retail customer while the warranty is still in effect due to liability reasons. Jayco does recommend all repairs and installation of accessories to be performed by a trained RV technician. If you are having issues with the wiring or electrical of your unit please contact your selling or closest Jayco dealer. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause. So if your trailer is still under warranty I would not expect to be successful.
