Glad that was all it was. Hopefully you can get it all good and dried out. Soak up what you can and maybe put a blower on it for several days just to make sure. I wish I had an answer for you on the igniter. I don't know about when they get wet as I haven't been in that situation. Good chance once it's all dried out it may work. The furnace is one item I have never really took all the way apart.
Hopefully you can access all of your other connections, like the back of the shower faucet. I haven't had the issue on this rig, but have had multiple connections leak in the past. Last rig's shower faucet was leaking in the wall (no access panel), and also a water heater connection. If I can't access them, I carefully cut a hole and add an access panel, such as the Oatey ones at lowes, for periodic inspection. This is the only way I've prevented water damage. Luckily, Jayco was nice enough to have access panels to the anti-siphon valve, and the back of the shower faucet.
