Heater Operation question

How do you operate the heater?
I read the manual about how it does not require a pilot light, but it also said something about turning it on.
I removed the face panel and it didn't see much. there was a button that had OFF and RESET.

Please help.

Propane on, turn furnace to reset. Turn thermostat on and set temp. Furnace should start. You will hear blower and ignition starting to light.

I know this might sound dumb, but there is a small switch on the top right of the thermostat and switch on the bottom that looks like it's for turning up the heat.
When you say TURN ON, you mean the top one? Right or left?

Ha, not dumb, just me not giving all the info sorry! Yes top one is the on/off moving it left is on. You are correct with the bottom one being the temp adjustment.
