Have them check the lock on the outdoor kitchen. When I was doing my PDI I noticed when I locked it, with the two outer latches in the open position that I could pop the door open with a pinky curl. The locking latch they have been using is too short so maybe 1/8" is all that engages the door trim. My dealer swapped the latch with one about 1/2" longer to solve the issue. It is all still keyed the same but now locks.

Meant to say that I know of several 2017 25BH campers with this exact issue. So it is an oversight when they ordered the locks. An easy 2 minute fix if you have the right part.

You will still want to go over other stuff for individual things that might have been missed or mistakes. The only other thing I found was a small trim piece on the outside along the top of the slide out. The one they used was 6" too short and they didn't replace it so my dealer did. Something like that is a one off though.

I have been all over the camper installing modifications and haven't found any other issues and we have now run all appliances and systems and everything is fine. Well I guess we haven't tried the city water connection yet but I think that is the only thing left to try.

Mods so far

PVC storage tube under the camper for sewer hose
Progressive Industries EMS with remote display in outside kitchen
Deleted the mouse hole power cord storage and converted to twist lock
RetroPie for rainy days
Cut the curtain in the bunk area and added a second track so each bunk has their own curtain

Congrats on the new camper!!!

I'm assuming that you know about rvt.com and looking up the NADA value. It helps when figuring out if you are getting a "fair" price.
