Help with value. 2007 Jayco Octane ZX Series M-T19W

Looking at this this afternoon. Has generator, 4 kW with only 4 hours. Rest is as new. Only problem is the decals. No,pets or smoking. Stove etc never used. No leaks etc. furniture like new, two elect queen beds.
Asking $13,900.
I want for my deer camp and ocasionally camping with buds for fishing etc. not for wife and I to use.

Kinda high for a 07 , did you look up Nada ? Never never pay retail !!!!!
i looked it up ,not sure what all extras it has,did include the gen, retail is right at 10K 13 is way to high and that was clean retail .....Good luck ! bring cash , would offer $ 9500 cash ..

I went and looked. Pretty much like new. Generator runs good but has some bad old gas. Need drained. Stove etc never used. 4.9 hours on gen set. Fuel station never used so the filter will have to be replaced. He won't go lower than $12,000 so I left it with him. Oh, the roof needs moped and new sealer. No leaks though.
