Hot water bypass valve

Can anyone tell me where I can find the Hot water shut off valve on my brand new 2016 19RD trailer???? Where ever it is it is in the off position. I am not getting any water into the hot water tank.

Yes. That is where the pump is located. The only valve I see there is the winterizing bypass

Valve on back of heater. Find on outside of trailer and relocate inside. You will have two valves to open and one to close, to get water into your heater. Remember to open relief valve on the heater to purge all air out of it. That valve is outside on the heater. Good Luck

Thanks. The heater is boxed in under the bed. Will have to look for valves behind the HWH. Or call Jayco on Monday.
