um....keep what from freezing?

there is a tank of water with hot water which won't freeze of course but everything else will unless there is heat in the trailer

if the hot water heater is operating either by gas or electric it definitely will not freeze. But if cold enough the lines entering the heater could freeze without heat on in the trailer

If you are worried about "cold" being the upper 20s F for a while overnight, you should not have a problem with the water lines. If your WH is going to be on electric, that means you've probably got shorepower, which means you can also be heating the camper. If it gets colder I'd open cabinet doors where water lines run, keeping them a bit warmer.
