If you google dicada recipes or plow disk cooking it's pretty much the sky's the limit.
I've found everything from crab legs, steaks, smoking brisket, popping pop corn to breakfast and dessert dishes. Appears to be super versatile and packs down fairly small. The disk has some weight to it though, considering it's approximately 1/4" steel.

I was able to test out the Micro-Air EasyStart with our Honda EU2200I today.
With the generator running in eco-mode I switched all of the interior lights on and turned the A/C on high cool. The generator increased speed and ran smooth without hesitation. The TT was pulling between 14-15 amps with everything running. Couldn’t even hear the compressor come on it was so quiet. I can say without a doubt that the EasyStart is the real deal.

Did you try running air conditioner with the Eu2200I before you installed the Micro-Air EasyStart ?

No I didn’t. It may have run it but I wanted to be able to run as much stuff as possible off a single generator. I’m pretty sure I can run the TV, lights and A/C all at one time.

Did a small mod to the kitchen today. The little paneling area between the trim and the counter top has always bothered me for some reason, but I like our cargo nets and didn't want to do something that removed them.
So for $28 I decided to gamble on trying out some peel & stick tile to make an accent border between the trim and counter. I didn't think I liked it at first, but it's starting to grow on me a little now so I think we'll leave it there, if nothing else it adds a little more color to the interior.
One thing it does is makes me notice that ugly white sink even more.....next up might just be a S.S. under-mount kitchen sink .

My 2” tall peel & stick backsplash tile project didn’t pass the boss’ inspection so I was tasked with removing the lower trim and then running tile all the way up to the upper trim. It’s driving my OCD off the charts because it’s impossible to get this stuff “perfect”......but I suppose it’s good enough.

I couldn't zoom in close enough on your picture to study the crap out if your shoddy work (I'm kidding, of course). I'll say this... my OCD level is very happy with your lackluster OCD level of contentment. So, the next time your in Michigan, I'll show you just what I'm thinking to do with my Jayco and buy you the materials to "practice" with on my TT!

Can you give us an update in a few months of how well the peel and stick tiles stayed up? Also just a thought I think I'm gonna paint with chalkboard paint those black flat areas near the kitchen drawers. Your wife might like that idea. Can I ask did your TT come with the stove with the cover, mine didn't I have a 2017 RK like yours.

Will do, I used 3M Type 45 spray adhesive in conjunction with the peel & stick adhesive per the manufacturer’s recommendation for heavy duty installation so I’m not anticipating it going anywhere, but we’ll see.
No, our stove was surfaced-mounted just like yours, I added the recessed mount. If you look back a few pages I posted a Amazon link for the part and detailed the installation process.

Is the Andersen effective at anti-sway? we just got our '18 17RK on the road with new TV 2015 Tahoe and wondering if the "anti sway" built into the Tahoe will be enough? Just looking for an opinion, not a guarantee
Anyone else have Andersen experience with a Hummingbird?

I feel like it is effective at sway control.

Yes I’ll link all the pieces and parts once I get it all finished.
Hope to have it completed by Friday evening.
