The new table arrived and it's perfect for the application. Really light weight, easy to set up and take down, fits the dinette well and it folds so flat that it appears two will actually fit in place of the factory 2'x4' folding table wall slot.
We like it so much we just ordered a second one. Two of these tables won't add up to half the weight of the factory plastic table and as a bonus we got rid of the toe stubbing boat anchor of a dinette table .

After raising the TV mount to accommodate our new, thicker mattress I really wanted to be able to adjust the angle of our TV. The factory mount also had the TV tilted to one side, which always had my OCD meter pegged while trying to watch it.......
I found a nice tilting swing arm on Amazon that would allow this. Once it arrived I found that the TV bolt mounting pattern on the back didn't line up. A drill bit quickly fixed this issue. The new arm is much smoother than the factory arm, allows tilt in two planes and is much easier to lock/unlock.

Bathroom
Finally got thr bathroom done. Took a while to find the tile we liked. Have to get a shorter hose for the shower head.
Thanks Tundra1 for the great idea that gave me the initiative to do it. Also got 2 fiberglass propane tanks and mounted them on the front. Having trouble posting picture.

Finally found a dimmable LED light for over the dinette to replace the search and rescue spot light that the factory installed.
At the dimmest setting it appears to be not near as bright as the factory light, but up at the highest setting I believe it would make the Sun look dim .

I wish I could figure out what stain color Jayco uses, I've tried just about everything available from Minwax off the shelf and never can really make a great match........

When I was trying to match some stain coloring in my (home) kitchen I went to a hobby store and bought some artist's oil color tints. I mixed it into the Minwax to modify it; got it pretty close. I'm sure someone with more patience than I could have done even better.

Having access to the bathroom (and really all functions) of the camper while out on the road has always been a must for me. I knew from the beginning that one reason I wanted a camper is to have a clean (or at least my dirty) place to use the facilities. Our trailer was capable, and now our motorhome is as well. I love having the freedom to just pull off in a safe place whenever the "mood" strikes for a meal, a nap, or a "bio break". I also love having the ability to stop in a WM parking lot or a rest area on long journeys to rest without having to put out slides. Of course, that's easier in the motorhome now, but I had my trailer set up for that as well and took advantage more than a handful of times.
I'm glad you are able to do that with your "dirty bird" (LOL!) now!
Oh yeah, and I love the pics!!

After attempting to cook bacon for the first time indoors due to rain we quickly realized that the passive vent over the oven was pretty much worthless......as I fanned the smoke away from the smoke detector to attempt to save our hearing .
So today I installed another Heng Vortex II fan to match the one in the bathroom. Hardest part of course was fishing wire through the ceiling for this one.
I was able to pick up 12V+ off the light switch feed and ground off the awning switch. Luckily in or 17RK there’s a removable panel in the pantry that gives access to the backside of all the switches.
Now we can push/pull outdoor air and also run both fans in exhaust mode at low speed to minimize noise but really move some air at night.

Our refrigerator control panel cover kept falling during travel. Upon inspection I found that one of the plastic tabs had managed to get broken off.
With these tiny, super strong magnets and some quick epoxy this problem no longer exists.

Finally got tired of trying to figure out where to put the stabilizer drill in the outdoor storage compartment.
Now it's easily accessible and up out of the way. This is a very nice aluminum hanging bracket.

01tundra, How was Hwy.441? We stop in Cherokee on are way home from Florida and was told to take I-40 w then head south to Sevierville. Pulling a camper on 441 was not a good idea. So we just headed towards Ashville then home to Pa. Like to do it

No big deal at all. We passed several tour busses, Class A’s, 5th wheels, etc.
The worst part were all the tourist driving crazy and stopping every time they saw an Elk....

My first TT was a Hummingbird and I love it! Eventually I sold it thinking I needed something bigger. After selling that camper, I decided to return to my camping roots and just bought a new Hummingbird 17RB. This one has a bike rack, outdoor grill, TV, power tounge jack, enclosed underbelly, and back-up camera. The complete package for everything you need and nothing you don’t. Yep, I’m happy and hope to soon be joining all of the other Hummingbird aficionados in making memories.
Love all of the pictures, stories, and ideas on this thread. AWESOME!
