I smell a rat...

Pulled the trailer back to the house from storage and noticed a rodent has moved in. I don't know where it was coming in at, and I hope its not still in there. Set up a trap last night, but no luck. This has really put a damper on going camping this weekend.

I've had mice move in while I wasn't around. Not sure how they got in, maybe through slide mechanism, since they don't seem to get in when it's closed up.

I used the old snap traps. Tie cotton trussing string to the trigger and rub peanut butter into the string. Makes Trap more effective. They can't steal the bait without setting off the trap.

That sucks. Hope you get that dirty rat. Let him get his own RV, not yours. :-)

My neighbor had mice move in while the TT was at his deer lease and one of 'em cashed in his chips in one of the heater ducts and when he ran the furnace he really did smell a rat.

When not in use and if near AC power get a few ultrasonic pest repellers to keep the uninvited guests out..

100% pure peppermint oil on cotton balls works wonders as well to keep them out.

there are a few different ideas on how to keep them out. I know I have used bounce sheets and it has worked for me, but others have said it does not work.

I can attest to that... There was mouse poop all over the bounce sheets.

Got CabFresh made a big difference.
