So I was wondering who of you that have insurance, has Allstate for coverage(think we all have to have insurance). Then who out there, gets these safe driver bonus checks they advertise on TV. I have had Allstate forever for my trucks, camper, boat and house. I dont get these checks. Does any other agency offer this and are you getting them. I have been meaning to check with my Insurance agent about it, but it always slips my mind till I see that commercial.

The checks depend on the level(s) you have. The more you pay the more you get back. I get a safe driver bonus, commercial drivers licence credit on my Geico automatically deducted from the premium. It's a few hundred a year between the 2. Allstate was killing me with increases several years ago in my area so I made the switch. Been happy so far.

I have Allstate and get the safe driving bonus. As 3'senough mentioned, it's all about the level(s) you have.

I researched that "safe driving bonus" What I recall is the bonus is really just applied as a credit or discount to the next policy premium. Little bit of a marketing scam.

I read an explanation of those gimmicks, that one and the disappearing deductible. You pay for them. Alas, still no free lunch.
