Intel pd4500 power series

Looks like I got a short within the converter but trying to figure out what type of converter I have. Pulled the item out and find no wording but on the inside of a circut board I found a 13 digit number looking at what is shorting the converter out at this time and looking on the progressive dynamtics site but very confusing. Any help have a 2012-

You have a Progressive Dynamics PD4500 power center, including the converter itself; here's a link. It and your trailer is still under warranty, right? Either your dealer or PD should fix it for you. I've never replaced the converter in a PD4500, but I bet it's fairly easy.
