I think the warranty is OK and Jayco/dealer has stood behind my rig on a few warranty repairs, but initial quality leaving the factory has a lot to be desired, that's for sure.

A reputable dealer and a thorough PDI are a MUST when purchasing. Even then, some issue don't show up until later. Any dealer repair, warranty or otherwise is a PITA! If the initial quality control was better, a lot of these repairs could be avoided.

My dealer has stood behind our unit, even when it may have been a case of my stupidity, and jayco has been great to work with too. Glad to be part of the family.

not surprised at all ...... been saying since i bought the first year back in 2002, that the Jayflight offers the best bang for the buck in the industry, and i can still say it today with my 2017 Jayflight. Jayco builds one for just about anyones needs. Does that mean we all get new spare tire covers updating the consecutive years thing from 10 to 12?

Our '16 is our first Jayco and so far we have been happy with it. Just can't wait to get out camping this season.

I hope we get new tire covers. Our 32 was barely home from inside storage last Spring and the darn birds (or squirrels) ate the center out of the cover!!! I guess if it helped build a home for a family ok, just hope they don't chew on the new one if we forget to swap them when home....

Well you are lucky! Darn squirrels ate my trailer and only left me the spare tire cover!

I did a lot of looking and research before buying what I'm sure will be my last RV. I've had 1 warranty issue and it was taken care of quickly. Now I'm sure not everyone has the same experience but I can only go by what I've experienced personally. We're very happy with our White Hawk and expect to be for the foreseeable future. That Jayco is #1 is not a surprise to me at all.
