Jay Flight 21 QB has arrived

We ordered our trailer on December 30, 2016, we were told to expect an April delivery, the delivery window was updated to a February delivery two weeks after we placed our order. We actually took possession of her yesterday and we are thrilled with our purchase. We viewed the floor plan of the SLX version, but opted for the Jay Flight because we preferred some of the additional features. We added the Elite Package, upgraded to a 15K a/c unit, aluminum wheels, thermal package and ladder. I chose the Equilizer WDH, the trailer tows very smoothly behind our TV. I cannot thank this community enough for the valuable information that is shared here each day, I felt very comfortable making my purchase because I felt very informed about the product line and that my TV was worthy to the task of towing safely.

Really happy for you. Feel the same about the folks on this forum.
What they know they freely share - what they don't know they make up but at least they admit it. I read this forum for about a year before I purchased and joined and also felt it helped me make a great decision.

Welcome

If all went as planned, I've attached two snapshots of her on our driveway.

A couple things we did to ours that made us happy. A built two small platforms for next to the bed. We can store shoes under and it helps my wife to climb into bed and find things in the cabinets above the bed.

I also added a vent cover for the bathroom vent. It really helped on a rainy night.

Question: what's the thing in the roof right next to the AC unit?

Also, what brand and size are your tires?

Beautiful rig!!!!

I have no idea what that item is, I will check into that tomorrow when I get home from work. The tires are Goodyear and I know they are load range D, I will get the size and model tomorrow.

Okay, tires are Goodyear Endurance ST 205/75R15 Load Range D. The device on the roof is above the refrigerator, I just climbed the ladder to get a view, I have no idea what it is.

I've got the same overall package as you, except for the larger A/C. I'm sure you will be happy with it. Its small enough to get into some tight campgrounds, easy to pull, and great size for a couple, or in my case, myself and grandson.

It has the same floor plan as my old 19RD, which I liked. But, the new is easy to get around the bed and make it. The old served me well, I "half timed", spent four winters on the road between AZ and FL. The summer I made an annual trip around Lake Michigan, and several trips with grandson.

I got mine in July, only had a few trips in it, but only problem I had (so far)was a kitchen drawer didn't work, the tract wasn't attached. I fixed that myself.

Last spring I was looking for a new trailer, told my dealer that I was interested in a Flight 21, I wasn't going to order one. A couple months later he called and said he just got three 21QBs in. The rest is history.....

I wonder if the new 21 SLX's have the same tires....

Nice looking trailer. Hopefully one will look nice in my driveway sometime down the road. My neighborhood association would have fit, though.

Mine too. My wife feels better about having it stored away from home. She worries that burglars would know we were away from home.

Agreed. our trailer heads to a Morton building on a farm about 20 miles west of our home this Saturday.

Congrats, love the 21FB. Best of luck with it. We went with the SLX version mainly due to budget. Can't wait to get out camping.
