Is it possibly an overflow when Tank 2 is full?

This camper has been nothing but a burden. so far my slide out has gone bad "schwintek". my shower leaks my burner wasnt connected to the lp line correctly causing a blow out under the stove, and the rubber seal under my slide looks as if a two year old put it on it has waves all the way across which lets bugs in and finally my grey#1 tank is all the way in the front of my camper under my closet in the master bedroom and doesnt seem to do anything.. Sorry for the rant but im at such a loss with this and these are not even all the issues just the biggest ones so far! i hope this tank has some purpose other than just taking up space.

It may be there for the washer/dryer option that would go in the front storage area.

You've probably done this, but when in doubt, when new, we've always opened one dump valve, then run one thing at a time to see if anything comes out. Open next dump valve and run each item, etc etc, taking notes of what goes to what tank. If nothing ever comes out of the dump for that tank, might attempt contacting Jayco with your VIN and sometimes they can help out with schematics. Hate you're having all the issues. We've been there several times in the past. Last fifth wheel we had had 5 tanks. Factory and paperwork said 4, none of the capacities added up to what they were saying or advertising.

Ok the washer and dryer make sense if i had them but since i don't shouldn't they have ran the tank as a back up instead of leaving it useless?

We have a 34RSBS also and have the same issue. The kitchen sink, bath sink and shower all drain to #1 tank. Nothing goes to the #2 tank. I contacted Jayco about schematics and they referred me back to the dealer due to warranty concerns. The dealer says that the #1 tank should be for kitchen sink and, #2 should be for bath sink and shower. I am waiting on another part to be delivered before I take it in for service but, they intend to find out what's going on and replumb as necessary.

We haven't had any other problems with TT itself. The remote for the slides and stabilizers is very intermittent but, that's not a real concern to me. I stayed in it for about 10 days while out of town working and that was just to get it checked out before we take it to Orlando in about 3 weeks. Other than the issue with the grey tank plumbing we are well satisfied, so far. The part we are waiting on is a window valance the was damaged and noted during the PDI.

We have a 2015 RSBS also and we love it. We were told in the beginning it was pre-plumbed for a washer/ dryer and that was why it had a 2nd Gray Tank. It would be nice since we are not going to put a W/D that it would be connected like you are doing. Good luck.

No surround sound. There are 2 speakers in the living room and 2 outside. There is room on the amp to add 2 additional speakers.

X2 on the number of speakers.

As for being pre-plumbed for a washer, I did notice that mine does have water and a drain under the ward on the front side of the trailer. Having said that, with the tongue weight already around 1600 lbs I couldn't imagine adding that much additional weight on the front end.

Okay, I finally got to speak with a Jayco Tech and he pulled up the plumbing schematic. On my unit the grey tank #1 is located towards the middle of the tt. The valve is right beside the discharge connection. This tank is for the lavatory, shower and, kitchen sink. The grey tank #2 located towards the front of the unit is for a washer. The unit is pre-plumbed for a washer/dryer unit. Since I don't plan on installing one the second tank is serving no purpose and will not be used. I may modify the plumbing later on after the warranty runs out. The Tech did send me the schematic so that I could see this for myself.

So what my dealers told me is correct. Thats good to know. Like you, I may modify when warranty expires.

2nd grey water tank

It is for the washer drain. I just got the JAY FLIGHT 34 RSBS a month ago and love it so far.
