Jay Flight TV Mounts?

Aloha!

Have you guys found a good Amazon bracket for a 32" TV that works well?

These TVs weigh nothing these days but still would like to have a quick release of some sort to stow then going doing the road. Some sort or articulation to tilt side to side would be great. Most importantly, I want to make sure the screws are secure and what the right length is to not go through the wall.

I figured some of you fine folks here have already figured this out

2017 28RLS for reference.

I've seen 5/8" to 3/4"
Can't remember all the threads.

I would say 5/8" is what I am going to try.

Check out the Snap-In mounts from Mor-Ryde TV Mounts - MORryde They have rigid, swivel and extendable mounts that allow you to readily remove or install the TV. I am going to use one of the rigid ones for a TV for our bedroom, so that when traveling I can lay the TV on the bed and not have it bouncing around on the wall.

Jayco 236TH TV Mounts

Hi,

We just purchased a Jayco 236TH and it has two TV mounts. One in the bedroom and one outside.

How is a person laying in bed going to see a flat mounted TV on the adjacent wall? The mount doesn't swivel or tilt at all.

Secondly, what TV actually fits that TV mount? The $108 32-inch TV from Walmart doesn't match the bolt pattern at all for that mount.

Was this a gimmick from Jayco and nothing works or am I missing something?

When we bought our 248RSBW the sales person was pushing Furrion products.
Maybe the mount is for a Furrion TV ?

Ha! Just last week I added a TV to the bedroom of our 267BHS using that mount. I had to lower the mount because the (32") TV wouldn't fit due to the cable jack sticking out just above it on the ceiling.

I also needed an adapter in order to use the bracket with the TV.

We haven't tried watching it while mounted in the bedroom - there's no way it'd be comfortable. It's really only mounted there when it's not on the mount outside.

Furrion

We bought an extra 32" Furrion TV and have that same bracket on our 2020 Jay Flight. It fits perfect. We move the TV from the bedroom to the outside mount.

You can also try Kebloc mounts. They have a really good mounting system that is very versatile. I mount my outside TV using one. Very easy to put up and take down.

We have a 267BHS with entertainment nook for TV. I didn't want to put holes in the backside bc wires ran down for the outlet, radio etc. I bought a shelf board from home Depot and attached it with little brackets to the trim pieces inside the corners of the nook. Then I attached a $9 flat wall onn brand mount to the shelf board. Works fantastic. We have a 32" onn smart tv on it. We don't remove for traveling, just tuck a throw blanket around it during travel. Here is link to shelf board and bracket. I have about $20 in it total....the RV stuff is too expensive Mor Ryde, Furrion, eKebloc. You can do it better and cheaper your self

I bought this one and we love it:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Also I put a different mount in the bedroom between the two doors. Fits perfectly and TV is easily removed for towing.

For our bedroom area we bought a little swivel mount from Wal Mart and mounted it to the existing Kebloc tv mount that came with our RV. Now we have a removable swivel mount and didn't have to drill any new holes in the wall. Just another idea....
