Jayco Eagle 314bhds

I am looking at this 2008 jayco 314bhds trailer and the only defect i can find in this in the upper right corner its a rough feel on the outside and in the closet the wall is bubbling does this mean there is a water leak or what else would cause this? One picture is the inside of the right upper closet in the bedroom and the other is right outside the same closet thanks for any help.

I'm no expert by any means but that sure looks like water damage to me.

No way to really know the extent of the damage without pulling off that wood. It could simply be the paneling got damaged, but in most cases there is more hidden damage going all the way up tho the roof. More than likely the roof was never checked, developed a small crack in the sealant and then poof - damage.

I would stay clear unless it was inspected by a reputable dealer and given the all clear.

As mentioned, it is a problem. Unless the price is really good I would not walk away, I would RUN.

I would stay clear of this as well. Definately water damage. How much of a discount are they offering for this damage? Is it a dealer?
