Talking Jayco is the BEST

Had some electrical problem with the trailer where I lost the inverter, microwave,and refrigerator. I was 5 days out on my warranty called them and within 48 hours called to tell me they would take care of me. That is customer service.

You're absolutely right ChuckS, Jayco has, in my opinion too, the best customer service people in the business, and I know personally of what I speak.

Thanks for letting us know how it went ChuckS! So far our experience with Jayco Customer Service has gone well also. They provided an upgraded ladder because the first two failed.
