Jayco Magic decoder ring
Does anyone have a magic decoder ring for the model numbers on the Whitehawk trailers. Such as 28DSBH or 28BHBE, 27DSRL, etc.

and the numbers usually indicate length, although I have heard that some manufacturers are beginning to use square footage instead.

Our 2016 27DSRL stands for 27' Deep Slide Rear Lounge (or Living). My salesman straightened it out for me when I asked why it was called a DS when it only has one slide. He went on to say it's confusing because DS used to mean Dual Slide in Jayco lingo.

X2 Our 2015 27DSRL is a 27' long 'box', 30' 6" bumper to Hitch.
Measured a few models when we were contemplating purchasing ours and that was a general rule but not absolute.
Jayco now lists DSxx as Deep Slide.

My old Sunnybrook Solanta 3310 was exactly that. 33'10" including bumper and hitch.
My new Jayco 38FDDS has a box length of 36'10". With bumper and hitch it comes in at 40'4".
So the number in the model name doesn't necessarily dictate the exact length.

I found that on our WH TT the box was the exact length of the number, but have to agree with Norty about the 5er as I can't tie the 323 to anything. Overall length is a little over 37'

Our 351RLTS numbers appear just arbitrary. 8' x 38.5'
We have had 2 Sunnybrooks that were somewhat, but not exactly accurate either but close.

Recently got a 287 bhsw, its a bunk house and has a bath entry, box it 30ft and overall is 33'5" so whats the 287 and sw for? Never thought to ask dealer

I'm curious about this too. To find out for sure what BHSW means.
I thought/think it means Bunk House Slide Wide??

I think it means Wide. I think that model in the past may have been 7.5' wide, now it's 8' wide.
