Jayco Problems

Well I picked up my trailer today from my local dealer after getting a laundry list of items repaired under warranty. While taking it back to it storage area the front diamond plate rock guard peeled off while driving down the freeway. The funny thing was that nothing that was repaired was in this area. They had not removed it. The trailer is only a year old. Anyone else had this happen?

more info?

You need to post more info and/or pics. Seems strange that you are saying a LAUNDRY list of items for warranty repair and don't get into any specifics about anything besides the diamond plate coming off when driving. How about a picture of just that! I would think there would be "some type" of sign that this is happening!

To the 'anyone else have this happen' question, all I can say is not me.... maybe this should be a poll with 2 choices?

I have not heard of this issue before. It must not have been properly secured, and the wind must have caught it just right. Glad it did not happen as you where leaving for a trip.

I never had that happen but I also had a LAUNDRY list of repairs done to my 2012 Jayco Jayflight 29 RLDS back in 2012 when I bought it. Just about every time I took it out I had to drop if back at the dealer for repairs.
Just a few pictures of some of the things that happened.
Edging on slide topper, No there was no water leak

Gap in pantry door

Edging on run came apart

Window lock plastic piece coming apart

Wheel throwing grease
