That's because all the other have either floor plans that suck, not built solid and using cheap components.
Take a look at a Forest River and you will see what I mean.

The cream rises to the top. In all fairness there are some other good trailers out there. Many are just smaller companies with a quality product. Heartland, Arctic Fox, Nash make a good product.
