Keep an eye on this for leak

YOU CAN FIND BIGGER PIC IN MY ALBUM AS I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING TO GET A BIG PIC HERE.

I'm not a dry camper but I do sanitize my tank twice a year. Noticed a drip around this knurled knob when pump came on. Its the the only hand tightened knob near the pump and it must have vibrated loose. no big leak but dont want any leaks at all. dripped to a small puddle.

Not a clear pic, but could that "curly knob" be a water filter? Needs to be unscrewed now and then and the screen cleaned.

The "t" at the end of the URL (e.g., "...4815t.jpg") is for Thumbnail. I don't use the forum gallery to host my pictures, so I'm not sure what you might do different to make the big picture show up.

If you're talking about tightening the white connector nut attached to the strainer (right, middle of the pic), those can loosen up. I go through our trailer at least once a year and double check all of that style of connections (under the sinks, behind the water heater, outside faucet, pump, toilet, etc..), usually as part of my de-winterizing process.

Dusty, I was talking about the clear knob at 90 degrees to the white one. I guess its a filter now from what I'm hearing. thanks to all.
