Kudos to my dealer

During our final trip last year the electric water heater quit working. Switched over to propane and all worked fine. Over the winter I checked everything I could think of with no luck. I'm not the most electrically inclined but know enough to be dangerous.
Early in May I was at the dealer picking up a few items for this season and got talking w/the parts guy. I mentioned the elec water htr and he convinced me to bring the trlr in so a tech could check it. Lucky for me the dlr is only a short trip from home.
In only a matter of minutes they find the problem. A loose wire. Tightened it up and all works well.
So why am I so happy? It works but also because they didn't charge a penny, didn't try to sell me anything and most of all because they were so easy going and HONEST.

Thanks for posting that. There are positive reports and stories everywhere, we just don't hear about them as often. My dealer is great about fixing things in a timely manner. Now free, not yet!

As far as I know, it is OK to post the names of dealers.

I know I've been VERY pleased with the warranty and other service I've received from the PRESCOTT VALLEY Service Department of Affinity RV (I'm not familiar with their other service locations and was dissatisfied by their, and other companies, sales departments).

This is the 2nd TT I've bought from Whitehorse RV. In all honesty I have been very happy with the sales people and service people. They seem committed to safety. Both times I bought a TT one of the 1st questions was what woukd I be using as a TV. Then they used some chart and showed me only the TTs that were deemed suitable.
As far as follow up service I've had nothing but friendly, cooperative and quick service.
And no, I do not work for them.
